Gift card redemption code
I received a giftcard for Christmas and the last two numbers of the redemption code are missing. How can I get this issue resolved?

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately eBay customer service or the seller can assist with gift cards missing numbers.
I recommend you take the card back to the store you bought it from with your receipt. Inform them that they are selling defective or possible counterfeit eBay gift cards as eBay cards ALL have 13 digits.
You can even pull up the eBay card checker on your phone to show them that cards must have 13 digits>

·1 year agoFirst you can try to contact the seller and resolve it that way. If there is no response, you can work with a Customer agent for additional help.
