I sold a gift card and the buyer is asking for the card number and pin. Is that ok?

Is that message from your actual buyer or someone pretending to be your buyer.

Mentor2 years agoSelling gift cards is not safe no matter how you do it.
Once anyone knows the card redemption code, the money on the card can be spent and you will have no recourse if the buyer claims the gift card is "not as described" for any reason and asks for a refund.
