Gift Card Issue
Hi, I need help with a gift card issue.
I applied my $200 eBay gift card code at checkout today.
I canceled the order to update my shipping address before paying.
Now the gift card shows no balance left on this code, and the $200 is NOT in my eBay account

OP4 months agoThe order never successfully processed because I attempted to change the shipping address before completing the checkout process. Suddenly after the address was updated my gift card disappeared. I tried re-entering it, but a message appeared stating that there was no remaining balance left with that code.

Mentor4 months agoLook in your Purchase History, find the item and click on Order Details. Does it show that you paid for the item?
