Gift Card issue
I bought a gift card for my self in capital one shopping and when i try it says like it was use it, but it doesn't and then ebay says it was frozen and then sent this to me:
We have received the documents you supplied regarding the eBay gift cards you purchased.
Based on the documents submitted, eBay is unable to make a final determination on the ownership of the gift cards and unable to recover any funds.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for any questions you may have.
As this concludes our investigation, we will be unable to respond to further requests regarding these gift cards.
