Gift card is not redeemable
My family purchased a gift card in a store for a gift. When I uncovered redemption code there was only 10 digits not 13. So there is no way to use it or check it. When I contacted eBay customer service they said it was used and no balance. Well how can it be used when there is not enough numbers. I’ve researched I’ve contacted eBay and nothing but nothing further can be done. Well you can not say the card was used by us when we don’t have enough numbers. If it was misprint then they should see that in the photos uploaded and if it was a scam they should honor eBay guarantee satisfaction. We have been with them since 2009 and never had real customer service feedbacks support or resolve an issue. We use our account for business and helping others and this is very disappointing to see. If a card is purchased in store in all original packaging never been scratched how can they just overlook this matter.
