gift card from a return?
I returned a purchased item and the seller offered to complete the refund using a gift card. The refund was processed and placed, allegedly, on an eBay gift card. My account shows the refund and provides a code for use. The problem is that I've tried to use the code, by entering it into the appropriate field, and the little button to "apply" the funds can't be pressed. What's going on here? How can I use these funds and is there another place where the funds can be verified?
