gift card fraud
I have bought many ebay gift cards at my local grocery over the years and was shocked when the latest one was empty. I went back to the store and they said it was an ebay issue. So i took pics of the receipt, gift card and required note with date describing the crime against me and uploaded to ebay. I was shocked to learn ebay would do nothing to make this right and said i should file a police report. Now I know, that they know exactly when this card was stolen, and they know i never used the amount after the purchase date. I am just out the money as ebay said in their very terse reply "We will no longer answer questions about this matter"
Done and Done. No more ebay for me.
