If i have a gift card and the receipt and the last 4 numbers of the code on the back that you scratch. Can someone use it with just the receipt and the last 4 numbers of the code?

Never reveal any gift card codes to anyone. It is far too easy to reveal more than you intend.

There is never any good reason to reveal any card codes to anyone unless you want them to be able to spend the money on the card.

Gift cards should only be entered at checkout on ebay.com.
