    Gift card assistance
                     

    I know where the redemption code on my gift cards is located, but, when it asks me to provide the code, (after entering the redemption code, there are at least 5 sets of  numbers on the back of the card. Please I am going to lose the item i have spent the entire day trying.

    The redemption code is a 13 digit number directly above the bar code. You may need to scratch off a security coating to see all or part of it.
