Gift Card
We used an Ebay gift card to purchase an item. Time went past when it should be here. I went back on Ebay and it showed we had not purchased anything!! I sent an email to the seller and am waiting for an reply. Any suggestions?

Is it possible your most recent purchase was made using a different eBay account?

OP3 years agoNo, I used my Ebay name, but had to change my password, because of the time element, thanks!

Why did you have to change your password?
Were any of your conversations done by text or did you keep it all within eBay messages?
Did the seller ask for the gift card numbers and did you provide that?

OP3 years agoSorry, I just now saw your message. I changed my password because I signed in with a different name. No my messages were not text, the seller did not ask for gift card numbers. I had help from a very patient Ebay employee and she helped me with my gift card problem!

Mentor3 years agoIf the item is not in your Purchase history, then you did not pay for the item. You may have entered the gift card code, but did you finish/submit the payment?

OP3 years agoTo the best of my ability, I did. When we realized the length of passing time, I tried to use the same gift card to order the same item again, it would not take the code.???
