Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my refund. I received it in the form of eBay gift cards, but unfortunately I am unable to use them.

I would like to ask if it is possible to return the funds back to my original payment method (my bank card) instead of gift cards.

Please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue.

I would like to add more information regarding my previous message.

I have tried to use the eBay gift cards, but they are not working and are not being accepted during checkout. Because of this, I am unable to use them at all.

Also, I do not plan to make purchases on eBay anymore, so these gift cards are not useful for me.

Considering this situation, I kindly ask you to please return the funds to my original payment method.

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.

4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)

5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
