Gift card
Hello,
I received an eBay gift card as a gift a long time ago. I don’t remember which account I used to redeem it. Now I’m trying to use it on my new account, but it says it’s already linked to another account.
I only have the card and the code, and I don’t have access to the old account.
Can you please help me recover the value or check which account it is tied to?

Gift card balances are attached to the Ebay account that was used to pay for an item, and the balance cannot be transferred to a different Ebay account.
