I purchased a $200 ebay gift card and didn't use it/put it away and discovered it after several years.
It doesn't work now that I'm trying to use it. I scratched off the code tonight and the ebay checkout doesn't recognize it. The online e balance checker is non-functional...
Did I get scammed?
