Gift card
I was trying to buy a card with a gift card. When I scratch the redemption code and only 9 of the 13 numbers are there. Any body know what I should do?

You would need to take your receipt to the retailer that sold the gift card and let them know they are selling fradulent cards. You could also contact your payment provider and let them know what happened. They may have a fraud claim you can file.
