GIFT CARD
WHAT TO DO WHEN THE LAST NUMBERS OF A GIFT CARD CAN'T BE FOUND. IT WAS USED HERE ALREADY, GUESSING IT WAS USED UP ON A SALE, MAYBE THREW IT AWAY. POSSIBLY HAD A REFUND LATER THAT PUT FUNDS BACK ON IT. HELP! THANKS

Mentor2 years agoNote: others are having problems checking out with gift cards lately, so paying with a gift card balance may not be working right now.
Try another payment method now or try your gift card again later.
Once you use a gift card, it becomes linked with your eBay account. To use the remaining balance, you should be able to go to your checkout page and check a box to apply the amount to a future purchase.
If you purchased a gift card and you have not used it yet, but you are unable to read all the numbers or some numbers appear to be missing, take the card and receipt back to the retailer where it was purchased.
