Gift card $0 balance Capital One Shopping
I purchased a gift card with a credit I had on my Capital One Shopping acct. I was given all the redemption numbers, and on my Cap One app it says it has $45 on it, unapplied. When I try to add to ebay it comes up with a $0 balance. Anyone had this experience?
