Ghosted by Seller - issue with product
Hello
I can't seem to contact ebay regarding this issue.
I purchased a 3D model on a stand and upon opening it, the model fell apart when moved ever so slightly. (It has magnets on it to keep the parts of it together)
I contacted the seller immediately and they offered to send magnets (?) which I declined. They then offered to send a new stand to see if that would help the situation, which I agreed to.
I have contacted them numerous times since and have now been ghosted.
I'm finding it impossible to get help from ebay regarding this.

eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee is good for just that: 30-days.
Has it been more than 30 days since receiving your item? If so, then your only recourse is with your funding source.
If you are within the 30 days still, then you can open a claim for return/refund.
More details are needed to properly direct you further.
