been 3plus weeks seller received payment/havent got item. contacted seller 4 times a few days in between each attempt, no reply. Ebays automated correspondence has been zero help. I have tried ebays page to initiate contact w/seller, but the page doesnt respond at all when i try to send once ive typed my complaint

·2 years agoYou need to go to your Purchase History and find the item and select you paid and haven't received it. That opens a not received case. The seller will have 3 days to provide proof of delivery or a refund. If they do neither then return to the case and ask eBay for help.

if u don't receive your purchased item,
starting the next day after the last estimated shipping date on the order, open an item not rec'd case.
go to your purchase history, click on the item, click on the 'more actions' drop down menu, choose 'I didn't receive it'
