Ghost shipping
Who do we address strange account activity from a seller's account. I ordered then canceled an item because the seller never shipped the item almost 10 days after I made the purchase. That was a few months ago. Then last week I received a tracking number showing the item I canceled was being shipped to my address. The item now shows delivered but nothing arrived at my address. I am starting to see more and more ghost shipping of packages on ebay.

If you were refunded, there is nothing to do.
If you ordered something that shows as delivered, but wasn't delivered to your address, that is a fake tracking number, and we can help you here on Ask A Mentor with the steps to handle that.
