How can someone get reported for ghost bidding. Then after the item.seels, it's relisted ?

How can someone get reported for ghost bidding. Then after the item.seels, it's relisted ?

·3 years agoYou have no evidence that any "ghost" is bidding. You don't know why the item was relisted. Maybe the seller had multiples to sell. Maybe the seller backed out. Maybe the winner. You would only know if you are the one.
