Gettting paid
I sold an item ... and when they buyer received it...he reported it as defective (cause he didn't read the instruction) ,... because he opened a case I didn't get paid.
He wrote back to say he figured it out...but NO WHERE IN THE CASE is there a way to TALK TO A PERSON.
The buyer has the item...EBay has my money (because the held it because of the case)
I get screwed...because there appears to be NO WAY to talk to a person in the new ebays... unlike years ago when you could reach a person and get matters resolved.
Is there a way to reach a person to resolve this
