Getting unpleasant messages from a seller
Hello all, I recently purchased and item and paid with CC, the item was shipped with USPS and upon delivery they asked for COD. I refused delivery because this felt like a scam and now I am getting harassing emails from the seller. A case was opened and eBay sided with me but the seller is very unhappy. Now I am concerned that they have my home address and will continue to retaliate against me. I can’t find a way to contact anyone at eBay for help, is there a way to block a seller or report this behavior?
