getting transferred around like a cheap date in a marine corp barracks
so today I called customer service with what should be a simple question. Why have I been transferred to 3 different CSR's without resolution?

·1 year agoYou can’t directly call eBay customer service, so that leaves me wondering if you were talking to a scammer. Any number you find online is likely a scam, since they don’t have an incoming phone line.
Plus the customer service people you reach via phone can’t actually DO anything about anything, no matter what they tell people.
If it’s a “simple questionâ€, and doesn’t concern your account, you’re likely to get more accurate answers by asking one of the Mentors here on this board. Lots of buyers and sellers to give you accurate information.
If it does concern your account, reach out to the social media reps; they’re the ones who can actually do things.
