Getting the run around
How do I talk to real person I'm about tired of getting the run around and I never get a call back but I've got to get my money back for items never received and all I keep getting is return the item to receive a refund and I'm about to pull the hair out out of my head and I don't have any hair

You have to wait until it is at least one day past the last estimated delivery date, but not more than 30 days, to file a not received refund request case.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

OP2 weeks agoI've already put in for the refund and I have sent in proof that I never received the item from FedEx but they sent me a return label and said return item to receive a refund but I don't have an item to return I don't know what I'm supposed to do and I can't get in contact with anyone I have until the 25th of September to return an item I don't have to a seller that ripped me off I just don't know what to do it's almost a 1000$ dollars I need it back

Mentor2 weeks ago@byropritchet_80 It sounds like you filed the wrong type of case. I would use the return label to mail back exactly what you received in a small box. You could include a note in the box. The seller will have 2 business days to refund you once tracking shows delivery. If they do not then you ask eBay to step in and help.
It is not possible to change the case to a not received refund request once you file a return request case.
