Getting the QR code for mailing

Hello,

I requested the mailing label via a download only to learn that my printer is not working. There was an option originally to use a QR Code - now I can't find that option anymore. I certainly don't want to repurchase the mailing label again! Can anyone help me find the QR option again? Thanks so much for any tips/advise.

Cancel the print label, then buy a new label selecting QR code. The refund on the cancellation takes around 3 weeks.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
