Getting stuff I did not order - 3 occassions

Question

I first relieved a small package with a V cheap item I did order. Then I received a small empty envelope I did not order. Nothing I'd have ordered would have fit in it! I changed both eBay and PayPal passwords a week ago. Today I recived another small envelope with nothing inside - all different return addresses - BUT are any valid???? Will be contacting local Police - for all the good that will do!!!
