Getting sold items marked as delivered

Question

I sold some items in January and shipped them through USPS, paying for the shipment at the post office. None of them are in delivered status. I know they've been delivered based on feedback from the buyers. How do I get the status to change to delivered?

To skip that step, purchase the shipping labels on eBay and the tracking number is uploaded automatically

Since you purchased the shipping label directly from the carrier you need to manually enter the tracking number into the order so you have proof of delivery.

To do that go to the order and in the menu is the option to add tracking. Since the items have already been delivered adding tracking after the fact may not change the status. You will need to wait the full hold time if you payment is on hold.

For future orders make sure to add tracking as soon as the item is shipped.
