Getting scammed for refund by autopartsking who is s chinese seller
I purchased an automotive air pump from them back in March I have been in contact with them once a week every week since then they keep saying that they will check meaning that they're going to see if they can supply me a refund eBay has done nothing the pump failed 10 to 12 Days outside of the refund. How do I get this seller to warranty this defective pump which cost me over $200. I have never had this problem before with a part so I don't know how eBay takes care of their purchasers.

You had 30 days from date of delivery to file a Return Request:

If you received it over 30 days ago, you can turn to Paypal or your funding source, depending on how you processed your payment.

OP3 years agoThe pump stopped working in our truck at 43 days. I contacted the seller they kept yelling me to get it repaired! What kind of answer is this? Get it repaired, do I look like a mechanic, do I know where and who fixes these....wth is my time not worth something, I bought this to repair a problem not to gain another, 43 days wth, how does the repair fall on me, I guess they know that ebay will do nothing against them...and me as the consumer gets screwed!

·3 years agoAfter 30 days, Ebay won't do anything.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them, but you'll probably have to pay to ship it back to China.

Purchasing items on Ebay from sellers located in China can be problematic.
