Getting scammed eBay does nothing
A seller never sent my item and has not responded to my dozens of requests. eBay tells me there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been a buyer for years on eBay and have never experienced this kind of terrible service. I’ve been told the best thing I can do is leave a bad review. This seller stole almost $500 from me and eBay does nothing! Has anyone else’s experienced this?

·3 years agoEbays Money back guarantee is good for 30 days from estimated time of delivery. After that you will to PayPal or your credit card company.

We have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an ‘Item not received’ dispute with eBay.
After that, we have to request a refund from PayPal OR our credit card company.

Mentor3 years agoDid the seller provide tracking? If so, what does it say?
If not, then you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay within thirty days after the last estimated delivery date. Then, if the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
