Getting Scammed
Someone asking me to send the item to another address. And is harassing me through EBay. I can't get EBay to help me as I know it's a scam.
I also can't cancel or change the order. Help.

1) You are correct, don't send to any other address than what is on the order.
2) Is the ID that is contacting you, the same identical ID that purchased the item?
If it's a different ID, just report the messages (see below)
If it's the same ID, I would cancel the order and report the messages (see below)
What problems are you having when you try to cancel?
You can cancel the transaction on eBay, and that will refund the buyer. To cancel the sale:
Website
https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
To the right you should be able to select Cancel Sale from the drop down list.
Chose the reason 'Problem with Buyer's Address'
(apologize to the buyer who will be disappointed)
App
Selling Icon at the bottom
> Orders
> Click on the order title to reach Order Details
>At the bottom blue drop down list, select Cancel Order and follow the steps.
Here are some steps to take
1) Block the Buyer from buying from you here https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
2) Prevent the Blocked Buyer from further contact by checking the box for
"Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" under "Buyer Rules", then "Save Changes"
https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
3) Report each alarming message using the 3 dots in the upper right of the messaging
4) If possible, report the buyer using https://www.ebay.com/reportamember
They’re messaging you more than what would be considered normal, with no intention of buying the item
Or similar
If this option doesn't work, then
5) Report the buyer using eBay's social media customer service to get assistance
