Getting ripped off
So I bought this drive belt for my 05 Harley that ended up snapping due to a manufacturing default not even 10 miles after installing it now the one I purchased it from has been communicating back and forth from me over the last few days vaguely and rudely But ultimately saying after showing him dozens of pictures and a video approving the manufacturing default he keeps saying he's going to return my money but never does and is just constantly giving me the runaround I cannot contact eBay in any easy way I'm not sure what to do and I just want my money back any suggestions?
