Getting replacement part per lifetime guarantee
Does anyone know anything about how to get replacement part per lifetime guarantee warranty I have already messaged seller with no response and am currently without the use of my car due to part having a factory defect discovered after install can anyone give me info on how to proceed with this issue because all I can find is getting refunds and I just want a replacement part for the item that has the defect and the return window has expired but it came with lifetime guarantee

Mentor4 months agoManufacturers provide warranties not sellers. Sellers can only help with warranty issues if they are authorized dealers for the manufacture. You will need to contact the manufacturer about any warranty available on the item. eBay only provides their money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item.

OP4 months agoHow would I find out who the manufacturer is? It doesn't say on description and I can't find any manufacturer on or in the box item was delivered in.
