Getting reimbursed for shipping fees, I paid the fees outside of EBay

I paid USPS to ship two items, EBay collected the shipping fees. How do I get reimbursed from EBay?

I see that you charge for shipping which means the Buyer pays YOU through eBay to purchase a shipping label. You owe eBay Selling fees on the amount the Buyer paid plus any sales tax levied on the transaction.

When you print your labels through eBay you get a discount to offset the fees that you owe eBay on the shipping part of the transaction. If you purchase your labels at the Post Office then you do not get a discount. No fees are to be refunded to you regardless of how you purchase your label.
