Here are some options - if you still have questions, please reply and tell me more.
- Did you buy 2 different labels with different tracking numbers? If so, see the instructions below to Cancel one.
- Did you get charged several weeks later for an underpaid label? If so, you can appeal using the email you got.
- Do you see 2 charges on your credit card? It's likely one is a "pending" charge that will clear in 24-48 hours
- Do you think you see 2 charges on your payout information? Most likely you are seeing the buyer's payment to you. Can you copy and paste what you see here so I can help you.
Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
