Getting refunded when I don’t accept returns
I sold some shoes and the buyer wanted to return them because they didn’t fit right. I had my settings set to no returns. Will I get the money for the shoes?

Mentor6 days agoIt depends. Did buyer open a Return Request? If so exactly what reason was selected for the return?

OP6 days agoThey opened a return request but then closed it. The shoes were too small

Mentor6 days agoToo small is not one of the selections, only "doesn't fit" or "not as described", etc.
Regardless, since buyer closed the return they have decided to keep it and can not open another return through ebay.
