Getting refund for order that is not shipped, older than 90 days
I purchased a Hot Wheels model at a good price (https://order.ebay.com/ord/show?orderId=21-13350-79611&purchaseOrderId=21-1335-079610#/) in July 2025. I forgot about it for a bit and when I realized I didn't receive it, I contacted the seller, who said that he's been busy and out of town and apologized for the delay. How ever this continued and he never really send it. Now I want a full refund, but refund is not an active option already and can't connect with a live human from ebay. Can you help? Thanks, Lyudmil

·6 months agoEBay’s money back guarantees is for 30 days after the last estimated date fo delivery. After 90 days, there’s no way to get help through them.
You’ll need to contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback.
