Getting postage refund for item that was misrepresented
I bought a item that had a “brand†in the title and received item and it is
not that. Seller won’t refund shipping back . Misrepresents clothing brand

Did you file a Return Request and stated the reason as "Doesn't match description"?
If so, you should have been provided a prepaid return shipping label by the seller.
If they did not do that, ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Buyers are supposed to wait until they receive a prepaid shipping label before returning the item. Once a buyer pays the return shipping, there is no way to force a reimbursement of the return shipping cost.
Did you already return the item or did you just open a return request?
