Getting paid when selling
Can anybody tell me how the payout ID number correlates with order numbers when you were selling? I’ve had a few payouts and none of them add up to actual order amounts
I have so many orders that I have not been paid for and I’ve called four times without getting any help The people helping me seem just as confused

·1 year agoPayouts should contain all the funds you've received since the last payout, except for any on hold or any that were used, for instance to purchase shipping labels. You can go to your Payouts page and see what funds are included in any given payout: https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts

OP1 year agono, I did not get an answer, and this is getting very upsetting to the point where I think I’m going to stop selling on eBay.
when you pay out, you provide a payout ID that relates to nothing!
so I cannot match what orders have been paid and which orders still need to be paid
the amount being paid out to me Don’t add up to any orders so this is very confusing
I have many orders that have been delivered and they say funds are available and they have not been paid out, but I can’t tell because your payout ID number doesn’t match any orders
It is so frustrating trying to get an answer and as I said before I’ve called four times and the ebay people on the phone can’t give me an answer. They always say it has to go to their supervisor and they don’t understand why things aren’t being paid out
so tell me why your payout ID does not coincide with the order so people can easily know what orders have been paid this cannot be that hard. It’s simple accounting
also, when looking at items sold everyone of my items as funds are available, which I know is not true. I’ve been paid out on some of them
so why aren’t those marked funds paid out and then have a payout ID that The payout is linked to
an answer would truly be appreciated so I can figure out what I’ve been paid on and what I have not
