Getting paid on my item
Okay so I’m a new seller and overall I’m so confused. I listed my iPhone then someone offered on it the same day I messaged the person, accepted the offer and I got a confirmation email they bought it later that night. But the app eBay never updated on that, it never said the buyer paid. I stupidly still shipped it off and now it’s been delivered and my messages aren’t sending the person and they haven’t replied to my email. eBay still says my funds will be coming but that they have to confirm the delivery? But I’ve looked and things here and it seems they don’t need to do so. Maybe I’m just slow but idkkkk PLEASE HELP ME?!! I’ve provided the emails and the sell page.

Those messages were not from Ebay.
Sellers don't have to provide photos of the tracking number or receipt.
Sorry, you were not not paid and there isn't much you can do now.
