Your payment is probably still on hold - payments for all new sellers are held 21 - 30 days. Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary - you should see the expected release date.
Once released, the payment will be sent to your bank based on the schedule you selected when you set up your account, or you can request a payout if you had selected weekly or less frequent payouts.
