Getting Paid for Sold Items still labeled as shipped
Hi, how do I get paid for items that have been confirmed received by the buyer, but on the order tracking it still only says they have been shipped? Since you only get paid after the item has been marked as delivered, I have been unable to receive my payments. These customers received these items almost two weeks ago at this point.
