Getting paid for items sold

Question

I have been an Ebay member since 2018. I have a 100 percent feedback rating and nearly 1000 feedback score. Until recently I have mostly been a buyer. Now I have become a seller, selling all the junk I bought. But Ebay is making me wait two weeks after the sale date to pay me. Why? Can't they tell from my feedback rating that I am reputable?

Buyers can only get positive feedback, so it is not a good measure of reputation.

Once you have been selling consistently, with good buyer interactions, eBay may decide to release your funds earlier. It takes time, hang in there.
