Getting paid for combined shipment
I sent 4 items in the same box to a buyer. I put the tracking number on two of the items but forgot to update in tracking number on the other two. When it showed delivered I tried to update it but was unable to since it had been delivered. Am I just out the money or is there something I can do. This was the first combined shipping I have done and I can see I did it all wrong.
