Getting paid for 2 orders shipped together

A customer bought 2 cards from me. Both cards were listed separately. When I shipped them,I put them both in the same package. The system is only recognizing 1 card being. How do I correct so I can get payment for both cards

If the buyer paid, you've already been paid for both cards. You payment is just on hold as you are a new seller. Payment holds can last up to 31 days.

However, you DO want to indicate that both cards were shipped to avoid a ding on your seller metrics, so enter the same tracking # on the second order as was posted to the first order.
