getting paid after buyer picked up item
I am trying to call ebay, the call just hangs up, ebay YOU NEED TO GET PAYPAY BACK! or something like it!! my situation is a perfect example of how your system does not work, I sold a bandsaw, the buyer came to get it but I still haven't got my money! this is completely uncalled for, when we had PayPal the money went in fast, and your little chat thing at bottom right of the screen does not work, the bot is a stupid one all it says is I don't understand lol and you might not like this message and how upset I am but I haven't got my money. Can't contact ebay and talk to a real person and the chat doesn't work.

Did you get the pickup code from the buyer and enter it through the app? If so, I would think the payment would be released soon, since it looks like you sell regularly. You should see the release date in your payment account.

Paypal is not coming back, and it would not matter - their process has changed, too.
You can not call customer service, but you can ask them to call you - use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
