Getting paid
I haven't been paid for sold items. Ebay's AI won't let me chat with an agent. It insists that I call.
The problem is that I'm deaf. I've used chat before (that's all I CAN use).
Is there a way to get to "Chat"?

Mentor1 week ago@rilyn39 I see that you had some high dollar sales. Funds for sales over 1k are usually held for ALL sellers for 31 days. You also have had other fairly large $ sales that can trigger fund holds since there are so many.
Payout holds
Be sure to get a signature on delivery for all sales that total $750 or more.
Check your settings if eBay is saying that they need you to verify your account:
Verify that the name and address on your eBay account matches your brick and mortar checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#. You can not use a PO box for your registration address as seller but you can use it for your ship from and to addresses.
You can try contacting customer service on social media and see what options they can offer you. Managed Payments questions usually require a phone call though. Can you use a relay system?
