You were paid when the buyer paid, your funds are subject to payment holds as advised by @jacbarcollectibles .
Be sure to ship your item within your stated handling time.

Mentor2 weeks agoSince your last seller feedback was over a year ago eBay will consider you to be a new seller. You will be under the new seller funds hold of up to 30 days. eBay will definitely hold your funds until tracking proves delivery but can hold the funds for up to 30 days. The more expensive the item the longer the funds hold will be.
