Getting paid

Question

I believe a scammer contacted me. He wanted a video of my phone sent to his email to review it and now he keeps emailing me asking if I sent the phone but has not sent the money. I’ve contacted eBay and sent a message. Today will be 48 hours that he agreed to buy the phone. How long do I have to wait until I can cancel this transaction and list the phone again? Thank you

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed , specify "buyer didn't pay". In Seller Hub, go to Orders . Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions , select Cancel order .
