Getting paid
I haven’t gotten paid for an item I sold it said the funds will be available April 11th I still haven’t gotten paid I don’t know what to do anymore it also shows -14 for available funds and 0 for everything

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days.

You can contact customer service if you wish to ask why it says available but the funds are not being released.

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right. (do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
