Getting paid
My payment is on hold. This was my first time selling and I think I messed up when I shipped. I actually sent it through USPS and sent the tracking number to the buyer. The buyer gave me good feedback and my payment has been on hold for 2 weeks. I have found it EXTREMELY difficult to contact eBay directly. I hope one of you can help me.

Mentor5 months ago@kathdonm0. Did you add the tracking number on the sold item? That's very important. If you use an eBay shipping label the tracking is automatically uploaded and the postage costs less than at the post office.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days.

OP5 months agoI did not add the tracking number on the sold item. I just printed the address label. I have the USPS receipt which I would share with eBay if I could contact anyone.

If yes then the tracking is automatically uploaded.
If not then go to the sold item and add the tracking number.
